Registration Information
- Participants must read the event rules and regulations carefully. Upon submitting an entry form, participants are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of the event, including Registration Information, Rules and Guidelines, Use of Personal Data, Event Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the official rules as stipulated and to those that may be later introduced by the organizers.
- All the information provided by participants in the registration form must be true and accurate. In case of any errors or false information, the organizers have the right to disqualify the participant without refund or compensation.
- Each participant must ensure that they are in good and suitable health condition for participating in the competition/event. If there are doubts about a participant's health condition, the organizers have the right to disqualify the participant, and the decision of the organizers must be accepted.
- Participation in the Event is voluntary and at the own risk of participants. Participants are deemed to agree to absolve the Organizer, Event Producer and any sponsors and/or supporting organizations from all liabilities arising from body injuries, accidents, death or other losses during or caused by travelling to and from the event venue, during the event or whatsoever reason.
- Participants must be at least 3 years old to participate in this event. Participants under 18 years of age need parental/guardian consent to join the event.
- A child participant who is aged 3 to 11 must be accompanied by a participant aged 18 or above to enter the track and participate in the race. The organizers reserve the right to reject registrations by children aged between 3-11 years old for individual races.
- For safety reasons, the event is not suitable for children aged 2 or below to participate. The organizers reserve the right to reject registrations by children aged 2 or below to entry
- [3/ 6km Individual Run] Participants must be aged 12 or above.
- [1.5km Fun Run] Participants must be aged 12 or above.
- [1.5km Family Run (Two Players)] 2 participants for each team (a child participant aged 3 to 11, accompanied by an adult participant aged 18 or above).
- Once registration is accepted, the organizer reserves the right to reject any requests for name changes or category changes. Submitted registrations, including duplicate registrations, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be canceled or modified.
- The organizers reserve the right to change the registration deadline without prior notice. On-site registrations and late registrations will not be accepted.
- If you need to correct any registration information, please notify the organizers via WhatsApp: +852 66088092 (Message only, not for voice call) or email ( info@everyone-run.com ). Depending on the situation, the organizers reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of HK$50 for each correction.
- The size of T-shirt cannot be changed after registration, the Organizer will not accept the changing T-shirt size under any circumstances.
Rules and guidelines
- The organizer has purchased public liability insurance for this event, and all registered participants are covered under this policy. Participants should note, however, that this insurance is not equivalent to personal accident insurance. Participants should assess their own needs and consider purchasing personal insurance products to cover individual risks.
- One-off luggage deposit service will be provided on event day for participants to store their personal belongings. Participants have to collect their luggage after the activity (according to their designated category) by 6 p.m. Participants are not advised to bring any valuable items. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss of personal item. Participants should reserve sufficient time for luggage deposit before heading to the starting area.
- Only participants with valid fabric race numbers are allowed to access all race routes, designated photography areas, and event zones. Participants must collect their race packs, fabric race number, and related items on the specified date, time, and location as designated by the organizers. Failure to do so may result in the organizers withholding distribution without further notice or refund.
- For the safety of participants and the event, the organizers strictly prohibit anyone (including participants' relatives and spectators) from lingering to take photos or spectating in the starting area, on the race route, and at the finish line, except for staff. The organizers reserve the right to ask individuals to leave these areas, and participants must comply with their instructions.
- No any form of wheel-run objects of transport, such as bicycles, skates, push carts, shoes with built-in rollers are allowed, except those authorized by the Organizer.
- All other animals are prohibited to be brought in the Snoopy Run event area, unless with prior consent from the Organizer and the participating dogs (except for guide dogs & dogs in connection with the exercise of a lawful power).
- The organizers reserve the right to change or alter any parts of the route before and during the event without prior notice in case of unexpected road conditions or emergency. The event may be temporarily suspended to give way to emergency vehicles. Participants must follow the instructions of event officials or any law enforcement officers on site at all times.
- If participants fail to complete the event within the specified time, they must follow instructions from the organizers' staff and officials to leave the race route. Any disputes regarding awards, rankings, or completion times will be resolved at the discretion of the organizers and race director.
- Participants shall compensate the organizers for any additional expenses or costs incurred by the organizers arising from or in connection with the fault, action or behavior of such participants during the event.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates or fails to comply with any event rules. Disqualified participants will not receive a refund of their registration fees (applicable to competitive events).
- Participants must consent to the authority of staff, medical personnel, race directors, or security to request their withdrawal from the race/event and revoke their participation eligibility.
- If participants are found to violate or commit (as circumstances warrant) any official rules, the organizers reserve the right to disqualify them from participating in the event, nullify their event results, and report them to law enforcement agencies, and furthermore to prohibit and forbid such individuals from participating in any future events, races, or activities organized by the hosts. i. Participants engage in or attempt to engage in any behavior that violates the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or the National Security Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. ii. Participants engage in or attempt to engage in any form of demonstration, political, religious, or racial propaganda in the event or in other places or areas related to the event. iii. Participants’ behavior constitutes a situation that is detrimental to national security. iv. Participants carry and/or display any banners, posters, slogans, leaflets, clothing, tattoos, or promotional materials that are insulting, threatening, discriminatory, religious, or political in nature. v. Carrying dangerous items (such as offensive weapons, flammable or explosive substances, or materials/items that obstruct other participants).
- The Organizer reserves the right of all photos of the Event for future uses and references.
- The Terms and Conditions are in Chinese and English. In the case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- The organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the event. In the event of any disputes arising from this event (including the interpretation and enforcement of participation rules), the organizers will have the final decision-making authority.
Snoopy Doggie Run Terms & Conditions
Be a considerate Doggie owner, by bringing your Doggie to participate in the Snoopy Doggie Run, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to follow the rules and regulations below:
[800m Snoopy Doggie Run (1 Adult + 1 Dog)] Team quota: 2 members (composed of one adult aged 18 or above and one Dog)
Participants can purchase up to two additional adult quota (including the extra runner package) while registering for the [800m Snoopy Doggie Run (1 Adult + 1 Dog)], forming a team of 2 people and 1 Dog or 3 people and 1 Dog to participate.
[Extra participant(s) (including the extra runner package)] must be purchased at the same time when registering for the [800m Snoopy Doggie Run (1 Adult + 1 Dog)].
The organizer will assign starting areas based on each Doggie's breed, weight, and size. All the Doggie information provided by participants in the registration form must be true and accurate. In case of any errors or false information, the Organizer have the right to disqualify the participant without refund or compensation.
All participating Doggies must be at least five months old and in good health. Any Doggie showing signs of infectious diseases, female Doggies in heat, elderly Doggies, or any Fighting & Known Dangerous Dogs are not allowed entry, unless a veterinary safety certificate is issued. The Organizer reserve the right to disqualify any Doggie deemed unfit for participation, and those involved must accept the Organizer's decision.
All Doggies must have been duly inoculated against rabies and be accompanied by a valid Dog license issued by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department.
All Doggies must be fully vaccinated against common infectious diseases at least 14 days prior to the event, which includes: i. Canine distemper, ii. Canine parvovirus, and iii. Any such additional diseases as the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department may consider appropriate.
All Doggies must be implanted with a microchip for identification and must be scanned upon entry to the Snoopy Run Event Venue. Meanwhile, participants need to present with proof of a valid Dog license and vaccine record on the event day for verification.

All other animals are prohibited to be brought in the Snoopy Run event area, unless with prior consent from the Organizer and the participating Doggies (except for guide Dogs & Doggies in connection with the exercise of a lawful power).
All Doggies are required to be on leash not longer than 1.5 meters in length in the Snoopy Run Event Area. Additionally, Doggies weighing 20kg or above must be securely muzzled and held on a leash.
All Doggies should not be left unattended under any circumstances.
Please keep the environment clean and hygienic, do not allow the Doggies to foul indiscriminately. Doggie latrines are provided in the Snoopy Run Event Venue during the event period, please clean up after use and deposit the excrement in a collection bin. If a Doggie relieves itself on the track, the owner must clean it up immediately.
Participants should pay attention to the safety of themselves and their Doggie, and keep their Doggies under control effectively, in order not to cause any loss of Doggies, nuisance or danger to other people and Doggies.
Doggie Owners are solely responsible for any damage or injury caused by their Doggies to other people or Doggies, the property of Organizer, or any third party.
Doggie Owners should fully and effectually indemnify Organizer from and against all actions, proceedings, claims and demands whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with any damage or injury caused by their Doggies and any such act, deed, matter or thing done or omitted as aforesaid and all costs and expenses in connection therewith.
The Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance (Cap.139), the Doggies and Cats Ordinance (Cap. 167), the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance (cap. 169), the Rabies Ordinance (Cap. 421) and the Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance (Cap. 586), and their subsidiary legislations and all other relevant legislations must be fully complied with at all times.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny any Doggie to enter to the Snoopy Run Event Venue and the admission fees will not be refund if: i. microchip is not found and/or vaccine status is not clear; ii. the Doggies is showing signs of illness; iii. the Doggies is showing aggression toward any Doggies or participants;
If the above guidelines are violated, or nuisance is caused to other Event participants, the Organizer reserve the right to request the Doggie Owner(s) to leave.
If a Doggie shows any signs of abnormal health on the day of the Event, the Organizer will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Event will be cancelled if tropical cyclone warning signal no.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 6:00 PM on the day before the event (26 April 2025).
The Event will be cancelled if tropical cyclone warning signal no.3 or above, and/or red or black rainstorm signal is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 3:00 AM on the day of event (27 April 2025).
In all other inclement weather scenarios not specified above, the Organizers may in their sole discretion to delay, suspend or cancel the Event, any Race or any ancillary entertainment activities and facilities. Such scenarios include without limitation thunderstorm warning and/or 10KM lightning warning hoisted after the cut off time, damage or obstruction to facilities, venue or route caused by inclement weather prior to the Event. Announcements concerning delay, suspension and cancellation will be published on the Event official website.
Please pay special attention to the weather report in 16-hour period before the Race start time as it may indicate whether tropical cyclone warning signals, or red or black rainstorm signals are likely to be hoisted. Please also be aware of the updates on the Event official website regarding the status of the Event.
No refund of entry fee or other compensation will be provided if the Event, any Race and any ancillary entertainment activities and facilities are delayed, suspended or cancelled due to inclement weather.
In case of severe weather conditions or the hoisting of any of the aforementioned warnings during the event, the event director reserves the right to change the event schedule or cancel ongoing activities. Participants are advised to call or visit the Hong Kong Observatory website in the morning to check the weather conditions (phone: 1878200 / website: www.hko.gov.hk/en/).
No replacement matches will be scheduled for events that have already taken place, and all fees will not be refunded.
The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or shorten the event for the following reasons: i. Landslides, mudslides, wildfires; ii. Protests, demonstrations, or road closures/blockades; iii. Force majeure, events beyond the control of the Organizers that make hosting the competition impossible, unsafe, or impractical. Force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, wars, hostile actions, invasions, rebellions, revolutions, uprisings, riots, strikes, lockouts, work stoppages, embargoes, disease outbreaks, compliance with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government’s epidemic prevention measures, as well as terrorist acts and threats. In such cases, all fees will not be refunded.
If the above situation occurs, the organizer will not provide any refund. If the weather is bad or any of the above warnings are hoisted during the event, the organizers have the right to change the event process or cancel the ongoing event. The organizer recommends that contestants call or visit the Hong Kong Observatory’s website to check the weather conditions in the morning of the event (Tel: 1878200 / Website: www.hko.gov.hk/en/)
All registrations are non-refundable once payment is completed. Participants who register multiple times will not be refunded for duplicate registration fees, and event slots cannot be transferred to other applicants or events. If a participant allows another person to use their fabric race number/event slot, both the participant and the substitute runner will be disqualified.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the race results of individuals who violate or fail to comply with any event rules, terms, and conditions. Registration fees for disqualified participants will not be refunded (applicable to competitive events).
The organizers have the right to amend and interpret the aforementioned event rules, terms, and conditions. Any temporary changes or cancellations related to the event will be announced on the event website:www.everyone-run.com
Use of Personal Data
- The Organizer and its agents shall have the absolute discretion to use any photograph, video or any other record of the Event for any lawful purposes includings advertising and promotion of the event.
- The Organizer and its authorized service providers (if any) will use the information that you supplied for the following:
i) Announcement of the results;
ii) Processing administrative work related to registration, including endorsement, receipt issuance, payment notice issuance, donation record and relevant event notices, etc;
iii) Recording any communicatioon with participants;
iv) Preventing and detecting any activities that make use of this website for fraudulent or exploitative behavior, or activities that allow third parties to provide technical support and backup work in the name of this website;
v) Identifying the user or participant;
vi) Providing the latest updates of Everyone-run's events and sport events; and
vii) Any other legitmate purposes as may be required, authorized or permitted by law. - The personal data provided by participants may be disclosed to other organizations for the purposes mentioned above.
- We will never lease, exchange or sell the personally identifiable information that you have voluntarily supplied to us, including email address and telephone number.
